Key Performance Indicators

By now you’re probably quite familiar with the term “Key Performance Indicator” (KPI).  In the non-profit world there are all sorts of metrics that are examined, such as # of active donors, # of new donors, retention rates, average gift, etc.  But, if I were to ask you what your organization’s designated KPIs are and what their targets are, would you be able to answer?
